Click on the link below,scroll down to image resizer,download the image resizer.Then just right click on your pic and it will give you an option to resize it.

Just email it to yourself. Right click on the file. Select Send To. Select Mail Recipient. A size selection window will appear. Pick whatever size works for you. When you receive the email you'll have what you need.

i use PAINT. Go to image then stretch/skew then enter eqaul values say 50/50 and see what happens. you will get the hang of it
