I had a Mark8 fan on my 86. I just spliced in the connector to the factory harness and it worked like a champ. Same fan comes on some of the thunderbirds too. I think it flows 4,300 cfm on high. $40 at the junk yard. some modification required.

X2, although price may vary and how some may hook them up.

I'm glad you chimed in to share that you had no problems splicing into the factory harness.

Can you share it with us or do we have to wait??

I now know that the fan/s are the most important part of keeping our cars cool especially if you have a huge F/M like I do.

The sn95 works awesome and if it can cool my car with the crappy rad that's in it now it only proves the point that the right fan setup is just as important as the rad choice.

I will be buying my rad from you very soon for the very same reason I now run the sn95 fan. It's a quality rad at a good price. I checked into having mine re cored and it's about the same price as the rad you offer NEW and has both oil and trans cooler built in and that is important to me.

Whatever you have in the pipeline as far as fans go make sure it offers the F/M guys with AC in hot climates something to brag about and you will corner the market on them especially if you offer them as plug N play.

Too early to get into but I'm really hoping that we can pull this off as it would be a great option for our community.
You're right of course, the key to proper cooling is the right radiator and proper fan. To go any other route would be like building a powerful motor and leaving the trans stock or vise versa. Thanks for the good words, I appreciate them.

Lastly, I can brag about our fans. With our Extreme Dual fan kit, we lowered a customers operating temperatures by 29 degrees. He went from not being able to drive his car during the summer, to driving whenever he wanted to, with the A/C on. Beautiful GN, stroker motor, huge fmic, etc. And we've had tons of great feedback like that from people all over the country. To get phone calls and emails like that from people is absolutely awesome for me, makes my day. Our fans or radiator aren't for everyone, then again not everyone wants a SN95, or MarkVIII fan, or Chinese radiator. We all have different budgets, goals, etc. That's the cool part of our community, we're all here to help each other.

Well said and couldn't agree with you more. I hope that whatever you're working on is a hit and brings more choices to the community because people do notice when a company puts out a quality product and a commitment to make further refinements or new products that are needed but not available elsewhere.

More importantly is customer service and the willingness to stand behind or in front of a product, [take your pick] is what customers are looking for and support those that provide it.

You have and will continue to do well because of your products and service provided to the community.

If you want a serious fan that flows some serious cfms and can be made to look almost factory shoot me a PM and I'll send you some pics of what it looks like installed and which fan to buy.

This is a single fan not dual and it puts out more cfms than most dual fans. I got rid of the junk Gbody rad with dual fans and went back to a stock old POS rad with this fan and it cools better now.

can you send me pics of your Mark vII fan install and where to get one--any part number or model year car it comes out of?

I used this seller on Ebay...( rnslistings ) He has sold a ton of these fans, and he tests each one. When I got my fan...it looked brand new. He really cleaned it up very nicely, and that says something to me. I cannot stand when I pay good money for a part and it arrives filthy dirty. Thats a great sign that he doesnt care about his parts. This guy seems really knowledgable and cares about what he sells.

Is this the correct Fan kit to purchase? http://www.ebay.com/itm/111383447208
Yes...that is the correct fan and seller.
PLEASE keep in mind...this is NOT a plug and play fan. It requires trimming the shroud, and bigger relays and some patience to get it all in place and functioning properly.
I have not started my install yet, but I have all the components to do so. If mine turns out up to my standards...I will post a complete install thread and components list.

ok, I guess I better wait to see what you think of the unit before I pursue purchasing.
