How to fix bad ATR pipe, or contact ATR?

I have the typical sticking wastegate puck on my ATR 3" downpipe. I took it to a local muffler shop to have them try to fix it but little luck. They heated it and played with it for a while. They got it to move freely in about 90% of its rotation but right where the puck will mainly be moving is still a little tight. I kept putting off sending it back to ATR and now I can't find an address or phone number to contact them. Is there any way to fix this without finding them? Are they still there? How do I find their contact info? I've searched the net a little and tried 411 with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
