How to reach Bison

I'm trying to get in touch with Bison to talk turbos and make a purchase. Anyone know how to reach him? I've tried PM but that's not working.

You don't have to find Bison, He finds you!!!!

Don't worry you've already put out the turbo signal, and when he gets back to Gotham city he'll see it and jump in his turbomobile and find you fast enough.

Long shot i pm'd you. I rarely reply to conversations on the iOS app or email from my phone. I get too many messages and i cant type as fast as i can on my laptop.

Works every time unless the bulb burns out and he can't see it.
