How to stop kickdown on chassis dyno?

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking to get my car on the dyno, but at low RPM and full throttle the 200-4r will downshift into 2nd from third. Does anyone know a way to lock this out so that I can got WOT and stay in 3rd?

Change the gov. for the dyno test, or start from a higher rpm where it won't downshift.

Get the driveshaft speed up high enough and it won't downshift.

Get the speed up before you lay into it. If it kicks down, abort and try again. Bring the speed up a little higher until you find the sweet spot. Usually 50-55 mph is a good point to hit it.
