Just found this awesome wagon for sale in Seattle yesterday and have been looking for one for awhile. Drove it home 130 ish miles without any problems. It has a carb 4.1 in it (cool)
And a turbo 350 trans. It took about 68 miles to get it up to 70. I was honing to keep this a secret until I was done but I already have a question. What do I do with the trans cross member, it doesn't look to be in the same spot.

I wanted to strip if down and paint it flat white and make it all fancy but my wife and a lot of other people say leave it as is and slap my draglites on it and go. I like that idea too so I am leaving it as is

A few details on my engine

4.1 long rod stroker, alky control, 80 lb injectors, Tt chip, 224/224 roller cam, 72 mm throttle body, ported upper, champion ported lower, iron champion heads, 1.6 Harland sharp rockers, 66/67 ball bearing turbo, 3.5" downpipe,3400ish stall converter. Shooting for low 10 in an ole rickety wagon woo hoo

They said drag lites
I am for sure getting some soft 8's
Already got these. Maybe a little too flashy?

Those would be perfect for a sleeper. You could also get a set of chrome steelies with moon covers which would really throw people off.

My guess is it's a 3 speed frame. Have you checked to see if the other pad is there as well? I had to add one to new frame but it's pretty simple.

one word:
AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!

I have been looking for one on and off for a while too. Found a beautiful blue regal wagon once but the guy was nuts on the price. (it was dealer)

Thanks I'm so excited to see what I can do with it.
Made some progress tonight!!

Step 1. Remove 7.5 10 bolt
Step 2. Remove 8.5 10 bolt from GN
Step 3. Install 8.5 10 bolt on wagon

Thanks everyone been swamped working on everybody else's crap so haven't touched it except to grab the mickeys off of it for my limited for opening night at PIR. Sold the GN as a roller so I'll be getting everything off it by Friday

If you're putting in a 200-4R your crossmember will work, (or I think I have an extra one). You'll need to build a mount for the left (driver) side. Next time you're down here I'll show you mine.
