It's kinda a sad 
and happy day
. Over the weekend I changed the oil pan gasket and while doing that I was giving the rods a check and as I got to the last one it had a lot of play in it. So I got everything buttoned back up got under the car while it was running and yup I could hear that rod pinging away.
I'll start pulling the engine next weekend, does anyone know of a good machine shop in the Houston area? Any tips on things to do and look out for will be great!!!!!
