Found out a few weeks ago, my fiance is pregnant. Not planned, but we are pretty prepared and plenty capable. I get to hear the heartbeat next Friday. Hoping for a boy, but will be happy either way. I feel like some of you guys are good friends, so I thought I'd share the news. I've never seen my mother happier!

Ah, the final detail to the GN.......... The Simpson child seat in the back.

And unlike most guys, not only do I get to keep my toy, but I bought another! Its a mustang, but its cheap and fast. Hope my kid likes cars......as if he/she will have a choice!:D

Congrats on the Great news The word Tired will take on a whole new meaning to you,You thought you might of been tired before..:D..You will find out what Tired really is.......I just had #2(Another Little Girl) a few weeks ago....And you may soon find out,Most dont get rid of there toys For financial reasons....They just come to realize that you just dont have enough time to swing everything,And get sick of seeing it just sit around and collect dust...I have put about 100 miles on the GN that I picked up a few months ago....

Congrats again...

Shawn

Congrats! The wife and I just had a little girl on April 2. Children are the most amazing thing in the world. When you listen to his/her heart beating, you're listening to your and your fiance's heart beating outside your own body.

My girl doesn't ride in the GN, as it shifts too hard for her little head to be steady. She rides in the back of our family truckster, my 1995 Impala SS (equipped with a Graco Snugride Infant Car seat)...

Congrats again, it's an awesome and scary feeling.

Congrats and I am happy to see your positive attitude!! Kids are great and you'll love watching them grow up. We took a picture of my son every month for a year in the same spot on the couch, it is amazing how fast they grow in the first year.

There is another post here about a guy who's daughter is pregnant, sounded like he thought it was the end of the world.

But not you, which is good for you and the mom and the kid as well.

Congrats!
Keep your sense of humor and remember - you can sleep when you're dead!

Did I ever mention I have 5

Congrats turbosam6 little ones make a mans life complete .....Now remember when times get tuff and you find yourself behind in $$$ sell the mustang first :D ;)

Congrats :D !!!!! My little girl is a little over 7 months old now. I can honestly say she is 1 of the 2 best things I have ever done in my life (marrying my wife is the other). I would not trade one minute I've experenced since her birth. Like Zam70 says, You can sleep when your dead. Store some up now.

Congrats!!! Kids are great, i have a 5 year old boy and a 1 month old girl. My boy is a little gear head. I guess i taught him right.

Congrats Sam! That kid will be rebuilding turbos in the garage in no time at all. I'm sure you'll be a great dad, so keep that head up and enjoy every minute of it. Pass the congrats on to the Mrs. as well.

Thanks guys!

Yeah, if money ever becomes an issue, that mustang is gone!!!:D

Right now the only real concerns we have is the fact that our house is too small, but it won't really be a problem for about 2 years, at which time we will buy a bigger one. The other is child care, as we both work. Boy, it sure is expensive! But we think we found a way around it, as my fiance can work weekends at the hospital, which is double time (cha ching!), so there will only be 1 or 2 days a week, and I think my mom could be persuaded.;) I think I'll have to pry the little one from her arms when its time to go home!

Wow!

Congrats. Sam, to you and your fiance! When is the due date?

Nice to see you two are thinking things out ahead of time, too, like the child care, etc.

Very good news!

Hey, Congratulations man :D

I wish I could offer up some sound, time-tested advice, but my wife is expecting our first at the end of this month and am on pins and needles as it is :)

That Simpson car seat is definitely trick though, isn't it?

Rich:D

Well you know what i am going to say it's about time. You told me three weeks ago and i glad everthing is working out. Oh you done man life over no more racing or hanging out with the guy's LOL.

Let me know if you guy's need anything? When is the other big day you know?

Later Sean

Congratulations, Sam! I wish you and brandy the best. Remember, if you need to sell the mustang, give me a call!

We are getting married next year, If thats what you're asking Sean. Misery loves company, huh?:D

I think we'll be Ok, right now the hardest thing is not buying baby stuff. OK, its the hardest thing for her, for me its not buying car parts, which I'm failing miserably at!;) Since she now makes more $$$ than me, and we survived off my income for awhile, we should be fine. I do have to sell my Lightning though, its kinda useless. Not like I drive it anyway!

Andrew, dude you should buy my Lightning! That would be an awesome tow rig! Once that payment is gone, the 'Stang will be gettin' some goodies.

Off subject, but if anyone has a line on a nice 99-up Chevy Blazer for sale, let me know, we are looking for one and can't seem to find too many.
