This is my list of mods 9inch K&N, ATR 3 indown pipe, 340 hot wired, 3inch flowmaster exhaust, accufab AFPR, double roller timing chain, powerplate, ajustable wg, now I want to put on a bigger turbo coming up this spring or early summer along with a high stall converter. Now would the MSD 50lbs be to much for my car for the time being? Gotta big race coming up january 10th and I"d like to lay the smack down on this guy.

How big of a turbo are you going with...For most people 50's are MORE then enough....50's are good for like high 10's or so...you could get 57's if you want to so that you wouldn't have to buy injectors for a LONG time, but there are MANY chip options for 50's.

The 50's wont be too much my dads car is a stock 75,000 mile motor (not even a chain). It has a 3in DP and 2 1/2 in exhaust a Del-Trans 2800,Power Plate, 50's, and a TE-54 and its been 7.43 at 93 in the eighth. Which is like a 11.50-11.60 pass.Oh and for the turbo I might suggest the TE-54.

If your not going to get to serious about HP, then 50s with a good Water Injection set-up will get you some decent HP.

The old myths are slowly dieing about injector sizing. The only problem with larger injectors were that there was too much money to be made easily selling chips for the small injectors.

This is what i meant, right now the turbo is stock. :( For the time being will those 50's be to fat? I'm thinkin i'll just get some 38's and turn the boost up and the fuel up and go with that.
