Are the 83's high impedance for use with stock ECM?

Seiman 83# injectors are low impedance injectors. They need an ecm with drivers or will work with any aftermarket fuel management system.

The shroud, test pipe and ECM are sold.

Injectors are still available. Both are low impedance.

Will the 83s work with modified back?

"Modified back"? I'm not sure what you mean by this. The ecm has to have peak and hold drivers installed to run any size low impedance injector. Bob Bailey, Red Armstrong and several others used to do these mods to the ecm's. If it has been done almost everyone I've ever seen has a decal on the ecm stating it's been modded to accept low impedance injectors. If you see something like that on your ecm, then yes these 83's will work perfect.
