Been trying to get them on phone. Now web sight is down and phone is disconnected. Anyone know anything? I have turbos there for repair. I talked to them back in december.
 
WOW I would assume the turbos they had for repair and the money they owed me are all out the window. Not sure I want to business with this guy again.
 
Rick is now selling Precision turbo's and the other guys have started their own company. I don't remember the name. But they are going to service the non bb turbo. But not the bb ones.
 
I would start making calls and find out where the turbo has gone too, and where the cash is at! Who cares if they went out of business, the people are still around!

They filed Bankruptcy. Nothing I can do.

You can have yourself named as one of the creditors I would think. If there are any assets left in the company, you'd get something back once the court has worked it out.
 
Any one can "say" they've declared bankruptcy so creditors give up.

Need to have some documentation to believe it.
 
What is the name of new company? I would post the name on every site you go on. That is down right stealing. Did you try to get in touch with the new company. The bank did not take your turbo.He knows he has it. There is no where in bankruptcy papers that says you cant kick his azz.I dont condone violence but it does work:biggrin:
 
I spoke to Rick around the holidays and from what I remember he said that he left befor they closed the doors. He was a straight up guy when I spoke to him, so give him a call. As far as getting your turbo from what was Innovative, good luck and that sucks to hear.
 
I hope my DBB 66 doesnt take a crap to soon.
I got it for free,But i still dont feel like buying a new one.
Whats the history of the life expectancy on these?

I talked to Rick Yesterday. He had nothing to do with Innovative for last 2 years. The bankruptcy filing does not list anyone from the two company's Comp or Exile. I would say Rick sold out on new owner couldn't manage the company. Justin and Joe were employees.
 
Otto I have about 15K on my DBB Innovative.

I use a .070" restrictor and a small filter system.

If Rick could get parts he said he might be able to help me fix mine.

A big IF there. :eek:

Anyone know what kind of oil seal system they use? :confused:

That's probably the only thing mine will ever need.... I hope.

I wonder what became of all the old parts?
