Is this a decent vacuum brake set up?

I bought an '84 regal limited with a 305 v8 in it for parts this week. My goal was to get a bunch of ods and ends for the '86 regal I'm working on. I have a Baer brake set-up in my car right now but I'd like to eliminate the Powermaster.

Is the '84 vacuum set up decent?
