+2! Dennis needs to get out more often. Even the Cobra and Shelby guys are shunning anything associated with Carrol Shelby.

Now wouldn't that be funny. Molly sueing us Buick guys for dis'n on him.
Does anybody see the coincidence in Kirban listing this car right after the 15 mile GN sold for crazy money?
Just a small copy and paste from the inner circle newsletter; yes they are selling it based on the 15 mile GN.
Whoever originally bought that Grand National really took
great pains to properly store it. The seller had a
great selection of photos of the car, even with the
wheels off. Even the suspension parts (that never saw
paint) did not have any rust issues at all. This car
was literally like buying it off the showroom floor in
1987. Unusual Grand National, as it lacked many of the
popular options. Car has crank windows and appears to
not have cruise or delay wipers. The window sticker
shows it was originally titled as a Grand National,
which I believe means it was part of the last 10,000
produced in late 1987. Earlier ones would be titled
Regals and Grand National would be listed as an option
package.
At a mere 15 actual miles, it could possibly be the
lowest mileage 1987 example in the country. If not, the fact
that it has crank windows would probably make it the rarest
at that mileage! Definitely a collector piece that
will probably always remain a collector piece. I
think the first house my wife and I bought was
cheaper.
Based on that sale, my son has placed our 700-mile
Grand National on ebay. The ebay number is
260215069072. It will be interesting to see what it does. It
is a hardtop with a mere 700 miles.
