KW Block Seal

Had my stage one crack on the passenger's side between the two freeze out plugs. Used the KW block seal and life was good until I decided to remove the tap water and install Evans Coolant, then the block started leaking again. I just did another treatment of the sealant and returned to the tap water (no leaks). Has anyone used the RMI-25 with the KW block seal? This car sees limited street use.

i would try to hit the crack with a die grinder and jb weld it
