According to Rick I need to change the title to Extra large powder coating facility for sale......

As crazy as it might sound you could teach classes on how to do it Ronnie. There may not be that much interest in it but you might actually be able to make it a funtional working school.

I have had several of the big players offer me consulting or troublesooting positions.
But these companies change, elliminate and shuffle positions like mad.

I really want out of the manufacturing side.

NOt what I ment Ronnie. Hold classes on the weekends or at night for individuals that are interested in learning how to do it, not companies. You can get rid of your surplus matereal and do a little teaching at the same time. You might even be able to sell some of the equiptments to locals so they can start their own smaller business.:)

Well I am still going to put my batch booth up at home to play.
My problem is i would show them for free........ Cause there is just not enough $$$$ in it.

And you know where nice guys finish right.. But it is a thought.

Besides Ty is supposed to be getting me that number to the truck driver training class.

LOL You sure it wasn't a sheep chasing class Ronnie.

Seriously though, figure out operating costs since the labor's free from the students, and then do a simple mark up. All you'd be doing is supervising and advising them the best way to do it and firing the furnace. If someone wanted to do a large part like a frame there would be extra charges for the matereal of course, but matereal cost is factored into the price of the class. I have a feeling that you could make a go of it.

It may be something you don't want to deal with since it'd be like traing new recrutes, but you could have a basic class, an intermediate class, and an advanced class for the larger parts like frames ect.:)

Bring it out to California..Oh wait they hate manufacturing business here too unless.
I laughed at your "my employees won't work for fish heads" comment. Best of luck to you Ronnie.
