Am I suppose to be impressed? It's no secret a v-8 + power adder=fast. The sad part is, even with more cub's and power adders, the little v-6 still hangs.![]()

Hey can any of you Mustang guys answer this for me....
What happened to Tim Palmer's single turbo Mod motor Cobra??
I saw the article about it in MM&FF and that car is awesome running 8.36 @163mph with the stock 4V heads and cams as well as a stock modified block (think it may of had a girdle) with a 91.5mm turbo.... I know he was in Texas and I heard he sold the car to some guy and the guy crashed it at the Clash of the Titans race.... Is this true? If so that is pretty sad because that car was pretty badass IMO....
I don't remember ever seeing Scotts car run in KOTH.Originally posted by JayC

i can not think of his name, but some guy close to the DFW area bought. i have talked to him a couple times at ennis. once when he had a red SC corba and after he bought the yellow car. the car is still together. it did meet the wall at COTT earlier this year, but he fixied it.Originally posted by 86brick

Check the KOTH front page then.
That was a tough first round!Originally posted by Winsett
we took the car out to the KOTH race last weekend - first time out to 'really race' and not just to 'tune' with the little v6 - and low and behold we found the biggest problem of all during second round.
we are looking foward to Noble this year - BBQ again? =)
take care,

I am not sure what the meaning of that remark was supposed to imply, was that a sarcasm post?
Every round is tough.
