LONG ISLAND OWNERS,,Does anyone remember this car?

I've PM'd a few members here and have no leads(Thanx anyhow guys!)...But have been trying to trace back the owner of my WE4,T-Tops and most distinctive feature was the New York vanity plate...1BUSTER...Last name I have was a fella by the name of Harry_____.out of New Hyde park(?)
If anyone has any recollections of this ride let me know,just trying to get some history/info on the car...Thanx
