Looking for a set of stock headers with crossover, stock DP and stock balancer

A friend is doing a LC2/66 Nova hybrid and he is in need of a good set of stock headers with corssover and a stock DP. He also needs a stock balancer. It would be great if someone had all of the items so save with some hassle but will buy in pieces also. thanks
