I have an '87 GN with a spun bearing #5. According to the mechanic that has pulled the engine forme, the crank is lightly scored, not even full circle. The babett (?) spun off of the bearing. I am under budget constraints for the time being and need to repair the damage without much in the way of upgrading. I am in search of a machine shop and/or mechanic experienced with TRs in the San Antonio / Austin area.
