looking for shifter cable and brackets

ok, i have the shifter out of an 87 GN. what i didnt get was the cable, the bracket that mounts on the 2 pan bolts and the piece the cable connects to on the trans to shift. my 200r4 is set up only for rod linkage not for cable.

so i need those 3
Cable
Bracket that mounts on pan bolts
bracket on shifting rod for cable hook up

as i understand it there is a clip in this setup also.
