lots of new parts no idle??

I have a 85 gn and uped the turbo to a ta49 and added 009 injectors,also a walbro 255 fuel pump and hotwire.and a turbo tweak chip,holley fuel regulator and a 900hp godspeed intercooler with 2" piping, autolite racing plugs, arp headbolts and felpro gaskets. I set the fuel pressure at 45psi and tried to start, will start but won't idle, up and down wildly.burning rich with black smoke, put it on a scanner and maf low voltage came up.put a smoke detector on the vac line looked good, took out plugs and where soaked cleaned them up and tried again same problem??need some idea's to try? are my pipes to small car ran great before.

I see you have a chip, but is it for those injectors? If not there is the problem. Or a terrible vacuume leak. I forgot to hook up my pcv and had the same issue. Good luck!
