As much as the person who pushed him is in trouble, The person who took a picture of the victim just before the train killed him should be charged with something as well.

Shame on the person that just stands there and not help someone, but to go a step further and take a picture?
They should be throw in the path of a train as well!

And the NY Post! WTF are these people thinking posting such a picture!

If that was a my father, I GUARANTEE, new headlines for the NY Post!

YES! two wrongs make a right!

The person taking the pictures shouldn't and won't be chargerd with anything. There was nothing that could be done by himself. It would have taken two strong guys to be able to pull him up. It would have taken 3 average people to pull him out. If a single person attempted they could have been pulled down and crushed trying to save him. If I was there and had enough time I would have jumped down to help push him up which would be the only way one person alone could have helped out but if he panicked and grabbed hold of me instead of attempting to get out I would have struck him and jumped back out. Jumping down would have been a huge risk. 15 seconds would have been enough time. Less than that it would have been too risky.

I can understand that but, taking a picture of a man about to die? As sick as I am I don't think I could do that.
