After thinking my new pan gasket was the cause of my leak, numerous threads on here have me at the shaft seal. I've read several threads here and just bought a National seal # 8792S. I've read that there is a special tool to remove the seal without dropping the pan again. I've came up with a part number for KD tools #2392. I just don't see any for sale when I search the internet. I guess I'm wondering if there is another tool by a different maker that would work. It seems pretty straight forward. Is there any special tricks that I should be aware of ? Thanks as always guys, I don't know where I'd be without this site.
