what's the most boost I can run...stock motor with mods in sig except the car will have a TE44 and 50# Delphi injectors.
93 octane?
Race unleaded?

Not enough LOL ;)

From what I have read around hear you should be able to get 17-19 psi on "just" 93octane add alki and the sky is the limit. Race unleaded 22-25psi

bull...it's got to be more than that becuase Eric told me the chip I have is good to 18 psi on a TE44 with 30# injectors.

The 50s work til 30-32lbs on a 54 on stock longblocks. Maybe more. But that is the most I have heard of. Probably need to set your static FP at 48-50lbs. I think the 44 is about done at 28lbs on a stock longblock. I have run my 63E at 27lbs with 50s with no problem with fuel.

my static fp is set at 45 now on a turbo tweak chip with 30# injectors on the stock turbo. That's good info to know...thanks man!

93 octane about 18psi

100 unleaded about 23psi

Really would depend on what type chip and the timing in it.

Injectors are good for a lot more, your octane level isn't. :frown:

Thank you.

Cause your 30s were done when you wanted to run 100 unleaded and 23 psi. boost, right at the 100% duty cycle area I would think, maybe higher.

You did the right thing.

Now increase the octane with an alky. kit or real race gas and work at upping the boost.

104 unleaded might get you 24psi. boost with a good chip, race unleaded and a simple DIY alky. kit will really get those 50's working. ;)

You might want to install Direct Scan on the car and start watching duty cycle on runs etc. to see how everything interacts.

Hard to watch the scanmaster WOT.

If you are going to run 18psi. boost the stockers or 30's would work fine with the typical fuel pump and regulator mods.

then why in the hell did I buy 50s?

Think of it this way...you need X amount of fuel to make X amout of HP...If you have the parts to make (just making up a number here) 400 HP but your injectors are done at 300 HP.............BOOM!! More fuel doesn't make more HP it makes the car safe at X amount of HP.

When you run lots of boost you need lots of octane or..............BOOM!!

You're 30's and you're 50's should run about the same at street boost levels, the difference is when you crank it up there's enough fuel to do what you wanna do without destroying the motor.
