Methanol prices in your area ?

I called a couple of local places and one place had a 5 gallon sealed can of m1 for 55 bucks. Another place had methanol for 5.90 a gallon but that is out of a pump and I didnt ask on what brand fuel it is. What are you guys paying for it and is one brand better than the other ? How are these prices. Thanks

Wow.. never seen the VP stuff that high. Locally the blue 5 gallon pail is between 35-46.. just depends who marks it up.

Good thing is you really don't use a lot of it so 5 gallons lasts a pretty good while.

Crawfordsville Indiana. We have a local go cart dirt track so we have a go cart race shop. A lot of the carts run on methanol.

Both are 99.98% pure methanol.. M3 and M5 on the other hand are different
