If I knew he had more money than God himself, I would also know my chances of a battle in the court room with his PROVEN lawyers...If my son was butt raped by him I would go threw battle but touching and stuff like that could be seen different in the jury's eyes...I would have taken the cash for many reasons,first is the money(I could then buy a GNX,J.K and I know thats not funny) second is he admitted guilt in many peoples eyes,mine included...

Paying a problem to go away does not admit guilt. It's what rich people do. Smash a reporters camera, give him twice what its worth and you never know it happened. Joe Blow wins the big multi-state lottery. Has been known for being very flirtacious and wild with the women.(Not a crime) He wakes up after a wild party with a chick saying he raped her. For $50,000 she'll shut up and disappear. If not, it hits the media and the court system. Being that rich and to pay a small fee to make them disappear would be worth it to him. To pay the best laywers and make the whole country aware of the scandal would not be the way most would do it. Tommy i see your points and I hope you see mine.

If my son was fortunate enough to be invited to spend a day at Never Neverland and I found out he had been given Jesus juice (alcohol ) and molested. MJ or any of his hired staff would not get the chance to offer me any compensation. If I had proof. There is no way else for me to explain it.

Kid Rock with no history of child molestation (just picking on him cause I can :tongue
opens his home to a "lucky winner", and invites your daughter to go stay with him for a year, and travel to see the world with him, all expenses paid.
Would you allow that? Not “NO” but ……… ******* (well you know what I mean)
Why? Because you have common sense, and no hidden agenda.
Now, let say “you did allow her to go” ………… would you be surprised if she had sexual relations with Kid Rock, and was drinking after that one year?

These people let their kids go stay with MJ for a year, then blame everyone else but themselves for what happened. They have part of the responsibility of what happens, but instead they settle for $25M, and own 25 GNX's, 15 with S2 motors

I wonder if his kids will see any of his money considering how much money he owed BOA and who knows who else.

I do understand your point,but in my mind and many others he is guilty...But who really knows?
After hearing what he said about little boys and that one actor kid that also "slept" with MJ,turned out gay,im guessing MJ picked his victims,but thats just what I think and many others too,but again you have many that think he was not guilty...I personally think God took care of the situation the best way he could being our justice system let us down..If im wrong,then I will say sorry to MJ when I get to Heaven,if he is there...

If I had his money and someone accused me of that and I know I did not do it. I would go to court and them sue them and make sure they learn their lesson. There is one reason for paying them off.

Yep, money will set you free one way or the other. Either with a dream team of lawyers or by simply paying poor people off.
But then again if the police had the evidence to prosecute him they would have. They certainly tried.

I have plenty of doubts about MJ but in the context of the world, everyone sleeping in one bed is relatively common. Many contries have small houses with only one bedroom. All the colonial homes around here had only on bed for the whole family. There's nothing perverted to having your kids come bounce on the bed early on the weekends to wake you up and tell you some story or dream they had or lay down with them to read a story at night. Geez. It's kind of weird that there is some paranoia about men and children in general now. Everywhere you turn men are protrayed as some kind of predator or or dummy that can't do anything for themselves. Makes you afraid to even say hi to a kid. It's really sad. Growing up we always knew about "bad men" but now it's in your face with every man suspect.
MJ had plenty of other beds for them to sleep in and they were not his kids,big difference there..If my kids want to sleep in my bed im fine with that,ive crashed in my sons bed with him and he is 12..But if one of his friends stayed the night they would not sleep in my bed with me and just his friend or even with my son and his friend,MJ did it alone with 1 kid at a time,not right in anyway you look at it..

You expect a man who welcomed complete strangers children into his estate, trusted them not to steal, or attempt to lie on him in the way they did to sue a regular blue collar family, take all they have and leave them with nothing? There $175,000 home is useless to him, so is their Impala and the retirement investments that couldn't even pay his lawyer fees.
And they came up empty handed every time...
That tends to happen when people are innocent.
