Who let the dogs out? Hey if you can't make enough money as the HIGHEST paid player in the NFL, then you just can't make enough money, period. 16 milllion in assets vs. 20 million in liabilities, he's only 4 (very) large short, piece of cake for a "player".

Well, just to keep it in perspective: OJ still thinks he will find the real killers, and Pete Rose still thinks he will one day be in the Hall of Fame....

I don't think he should be let back in.... However I bet you dollars to doughnuts he will be back. Some team will take him simply for the publicity if nothing else....

Yor arrogant a$$

Despite some talent, his blatant disregard for the law and the inhumane treatment of animals merits his exclusion from everything!
Yes, the only use for you on a football field would be to cut the grass.

He couldn't read a defensive scheme before jail, so he can probably jump right in at the same level of play. :o

you would probably have to do a cavity search on him prior to games, he might try to shank the refs due to them being authority figures and i wouldn't call a fellow team mate dawg, he may start kicking and try drowning you

I doubt that he will be signed but if he has completed his punishment he should be allowed. There are worse felons than him playing in the league now.

Al Davis would sign him in a heartbeat. I imagine a few others would sign him as a WR. From a marketing stand point, I imagine the black sympathy for him would make a team sign him and I bet his jersey will be the number one jersey upon his return. :(

Hopefully Davis will be declared mentally unfit or at least not in control of the team by the time Vick is released. It is sad watching that once proud team flounder but F THE 49ers.:D

maybe bush can pardon him on the way out , yeah i just heard that al davis took the play calling away from the offensive coordinator, i guess he's gonna start calling the plays :frown:

Sorry I disagree w/ most;
If Darrell Strawberry can play as a multi offender drug addict, Mike should get to play. What he did was outside the league, Strawberry played messed up. Rose bet on games he was in, and others play on roids constantly. Vick is a thug, and a lot of things I do not like or respect, but after he does his time, if he still has the ability, he deserves the shot.

-Why does everyone get a second chance BUT him?!

-Why is killing dogs so much worse than the thug Raven who was let off and now plays again?! He was involved in a homicide/Homicide cover up....as other playing in the league have been. Vick was as involved in the killing of dogs as these guys were w/ the killing of people.

Our society gives animals more rights than humans, one of our MANY problems.

If we're talking about "Should Vick be allowed to play again?" then my answer is yes.

He's still a **** human being.

that thing about the thug raven was about two adults in a violent altercation, as sad as it was the dogs had no idea they were going to be drowned or faught to the death, starved to death, that's what makes michael vick that much more unforgivable, he had no compassion for those dogs, the only way i could forgive vick is if they put him in the octagon with anderson silva so he could feel the pain and suffering of what it is to fight for your life.............. can i get an a men!

Vick will be allowed back, even if he is a scumbag... on the Dallas Cowboys I'd bet. Tank Johnson abused his pit bulls also...although not as sick as Vick. Johnson just neglected his, keeping them in cages out in the heat without food or water. He also kept loaded guns within reach of his young child.

Pacman Jones pounded a strippers head to the floor and then his posse shot and crippled a security guy for life. Jerry Jones has no conscience when it comes to picking up these bums so Vick will fit in perfectly there.

The NFL does not care what a player does IF he is a good player. Examples: A "poster child" of the NFL is Ray Lewis who was involved in a murder back in Atlanta several years ago during Super Bowl week. Leonard Little of the St Louis Rams killed a woman while he was driving drunk yet he still got to play. Seeing these guys making millions must make their victims families puke.

The NFL seems to stand for the Nonrepentive Felons League and Vick fits in with the group nicely.
