What's the deal with the PV Board?
Seems like no one is in charge.

Is it exempt from the List's Charter?.

Just curious.

Bruce, think this has been addressed in the PV forum.

Would like to add a comment though. I would like to see some of the more vocal members set the tone and example to keep the direction in a mature and educational manner.

As you know, confrontation takes both sides to make it work. Neither Jesse or I would have any objection to you, Red Regal, WE4ster, or other frequent posters to nudge the topic back in place when it starts going astray.

We did this forum to allow political discussions, which we knew would be more "lively" than other forums.

This is a great forum and do want it to be maintained to the board's high standards.

Hmm, and when your fellow moderator sets the tone with the opening line, with it's not a perfect world, where does that fall in the grande scheme of things. If any one needs not to hear that, it's me. I'm more then clear about what life can dish out. Email me if you want the particulars.

I've tried to be none confrontational, but ya know, considering this list has roots in the motto Fast with Class, why should it even be an issue?. It would just seem obvious to me at least, that either they comply with that, or go else where.

Does that exempt me from the name calling/ rudness clause?.
I've tried being polite, it's meant nothing to the offenders. They just remain stuck on the same old responses, and rude behaviour.
