Well I've seen lots of build pics lately so I'm hope nobody minds one more!! You folks should know my wife (BEST ON THE PLANET!!!) was up all night last night sick:frown:. I got up to go to work on 3 1/2 hours of sleep and let her sleep finally. Machine shop calls "motor is ready to pick up". I called the house to check on wife and menchoned that the machine shop was done. Well she got up loaded up some old blankets (so no scuffs on block) and drove to the machine shop and picked up all the parts and the block!!! So just remember we are not alone in this thing called life!! So what do you folks think?

That's always cool when its all coming together. Looks like someone is going to make some power. I hope the wife feels better.

I've got a set of ported & polished big valve irons that will be going on. I still need to get the cam selected but it will be a roller. Any suggestions on cam would be great. Thanks Jon Hanson

Jon,
That is going to be one "sick" set-up!
VERY nice!
Who did the machining?

So what do you folks think?

That's great your wife picked up your stuff from the machine shop.

I can't even get mine to pick up a gallon of milk.

Motor looks good though! As for a roller cam, I'm gonna be running a 210/215 roller from Full Throttle.

very nice! pics bring back memories! r u going full floating pistons or r they press fit? i have the .030 weiscos, full floatin, spira locks r no fun but atleast there is no need for a rod furnace!

I ordered the rods bushed for floating pins. Thanks my wife is doing better. I just have to make time to start assembly now. Owens racing in Pearland Tx did the machine work but they will not do assembly on a turbo v6. That is fine with me as I always do my own assembly that way no questions. Thanks Jon Hanson
