i went threw the exact same thing when i went with 15x8 welds with 3.5 backspace and some MT/ET
28x9 drags " aka 275/60/15"

never rubbed or hit or anything " after using eastwood fender roller".. then went to the track , got on the transbrake 18 psi ..
1.47 60 ft and the car twisted while in the wheelie and ripped up my tire.. so in short , after you get the tires to fit and you have a transbrake .. make sure you use a sway bar or dual air bags

Phil,

I have air bags in both springs but I think I will put an HR or BMR bar in it.
Did you put the fender trim back on your car?
I like the way it looks but will get over it if I can not re install it.

i was unable to reinstall the trim.. and removed them from the front as well

That's what I was thinking the outcome maybe. I had thought about rolling the lip and then cutting the flat "screw area" of the trim after where necessary to make it fit.

Yep....looks good. Just need a little wax on wax off on those wheels since Mark is making you paint those drums!

I have not cleaned the rims up yet.
This are the ones super junk was sitting on in Dean's barn for 7 years!!!
