Thanks Skeen. Man, I still wish you nothing but the best in your search! Yep, as the Prez stated, "Stay The Course". I guess good things do come to those who wait because I was about to give up (frustrating).

I don't know whether or not my fortune was a result of good faith or simply begging and someone answered the call. Seems almost too good to be true.

Anyway, I'm happy for now, but then again, "You Guys Know Flip".
