John, what do you do for a living? Come over to the Midwest and enjoy life! In my area, $145,000 gets you a nice country house, with a ton of open paved roads!!! My mom and brother lived in Vista, CA and every time I visited, I just couldnt understand how those people live such a crazy fast paced life.
