Need Help CHoosing Cam

WHats up I have a 3.8 na im rebuilding with a carb turbo...ive already had my heads and everything did so i didnt want to send the heads back to the shop just because of the cam...I was wanting to know will this cam work without any modifications ??

Buick V6 Even Fire Cam .424"/.448"

Performance Hyd Camshaft
Duration @ 0.050 Lift: Int. 194° /Exh. 204°
Advertised Duration: Int. 260° /Exh. 270°
