Need help with E Mail

I Cannot get in my E mail. It's microsoft outlook & when I hit the mail button it says: A Error has ourcured when launching End of file reached.

Now I cannot get in the window to look for help cause the Explorer then shuts down.
I tried to reboot but no luck...Any help out there??

Can yo uget an update for Outlook to see if it can fix itself?I know that outlook express is built into explorer so if it goes bad then #3 up above.

Is it really Outlook or is it Outlook Express (which comes with the browser).

Microsoft has extensive support on their site. Go to Microsoft.com, click on support, and then select Outlook Express as the product. Put the actual error in the search field.

I've never seen that one before........you may not be completely f'd. It may "start over" on you - if you get it to work it will bring up an empty mailbox with the "Welcome to Outlook Express" message in your inbox. All of your mail is stored in .dbx files. If you get it working again, you can find those files and copy them back to the message store (or at least the ones that aren't corrupt, that is if that's what the problem is).
