Finally got all the wiring right. Running razor single nozzle & 3 bar. TT alky chip for 43lb 009's on 93 octane.
Took car out and did a pass. Saw 1 knock count but saved the .dat file. Any input would be appreciated. Going to turn the boost down by turning ajustment rod a full turn longer..or do you think I should go more?

What was your boost set at? I didn't see any knock in the log. I did see boost going up fast. Maybe a boost spike I'm seeing. Is you TPS set correctly?

with any combination, start with the boost turned down, and make sure everything is working properly, then turn it up. I would keep the boost close to 20, and make sure its being controlled properly.

Thanks for the help, especially you dpasadena, real happy with the results so far. My next question is the heat. I notice the plastic alky tank feels pretty hot after cruising and testing. Is this an issue? Do any of you use anything to try and keep the heat off the tank, or am I worried about a non issue?

Everything under the hood gets hot. While nobody has had any issues, I wouldnt condemn any blanketing to the tank. GM did it on the TTA.

Most of us simply remove the seal from the cowl area to allow the engine to vent out heat. Or cut in half and remove just the passenger portion. GM knew the motors got hot thats why the GNX vents on fenders. Only concern your self if you see bubbles in the tank. As bubbles are air.. and the pump cannot pump air.

Having the methanol to be injected as hot as possible is an advantage because it will boil faster when it hits the airstream. You definitely don't want it boiling and filling the engine compartment with excess vapor though.

Thanks for the info guys, much appreciated.
