thanks jesse for running that for me!!! but i still don't know when they took out the 307 and put in the 260, i talked a guy that had a grand national and he said that he had looked at buying the car about a year before me, and said he passed it up cause it had engine and tranny problems, so i'm guessin that it was sometime recent that the owner swapped in a 260. some day i'm hopeing to drop in a turbo motor, but that won't be for a long time. thanks again for the help.
