Car Fax

Do car fax give you information on current and preveist owners like address and maybe phone #.I am looking to buy another GN that looks in good shape inside and out but the only thing is that when i was looking under the car i could tell that someone did some welding work on the frame.Want to know if the car was involved in wreck because it does'nt have a salvage title.

Carfax will give you mileage for everytime it was registered. The state. It will say salvage title only if it was reported... like if an insurance claim was filed. It is possible that it was in a really bad accident and the owner fixed it out of his own pocket and it will not have a salvage title.

Don't think anyone has a carfax account anymore. Everyone just posts here and hopes someone else has one. I have subscribed a few times and ran carfaxes for other folks.
