New found power broke the tranny in the garage of all places

So when the stator goes how much other crap is taken out or will need gone through. I don't know all the parts yet so where does it sit?
 
If the stator broke, there will be lots of noise and aluminum particles floating in the fluid. The car would still take reverse and a forward gear though...until the pump goes down.
 
I guess I will know by tomorrow around noon or 2 P.M. Yanking the trans in the morning. I did have some metal but not a whole lot.
 
Doug guess it right. I broke the intermediate drum clean. Nothing else looked damaged. Now I have CK's billet welded drum and billet input shaft going in.


So at this point can I stand on the trans-brake at will for those that have this setup?
