I know these tires have been out just a short time, but would like to know how some of you fellow Turbo Buick members who have purchased a set like them? How good do they hook at the track? How about on the steet from a dig or slow roll? What kind of street mileage do you think you'll get from a set or have gotten from a set already?

they have been out for a while....a couple of local cars are on their second set

if you are looking for mileage, look elsewhere....these are race tires....they hook almost as good as slicks and wear about the same (40-60 passes with moderate burn outs)

I have run 1.51 60' times on 'em....some of the Mudstain guys are in the 1.3's

These tires hook great, won't buy anything else in the future. I did my best 60ft with these which is a 1.52 on a 9lbs of boost launch, and 16 psi of air in the tires. These are the tires I use for the car all summer long but I only put 1000-1500km a year on the car. I could tell you they seem to use up pretty fast but I can't tell you how fast because it still doesn't make a year I have them. I love using these tires on the street because I want my car to run the same on the street as at the track

it'll work. its a tight fit. i'm going to buy a set of gbodyparts 8" gn wheels for the back to help eliminate some of the ballooning.

I installed the m/t on 8" custom made GN wheels with a different offset. This way the tire won't balloon as much and when you take a curve it won't rub on the frame. A few years back my brother had a pair of M/H street slicks (275-50-15) which he used on the stock wheels, but he was also using a wheel spacer. On the stock wheels the tires balloon much more and if you use a spacer the mags hold on just by the wheel studs. which I wouldn't recomend.

i think thats asking a lot. but if its a really sticky drag radial and you have a pretty decent suspension combo to get a good 60' you may have a chance. i'm sure weirder things have been done.
