So I guess I'll say it. That fuel pressure is waaay to high. That needs to be set to the chips specs or 43 psi vacuum line off and tune up from there. 50 psi at idle!

Holy shit....never mind, turn the fuel pressure down to 10 psi and do a wot run. Keep your foot in it no matter what.
