STP Tubular uppers new or used? Interested either way if they are black...

The tubular uppers are powder coated black. They are used but have only a few hundred track miles on them. They look like they are new. Here is a picture of them without the ball joints.

Please don't take this the wrong way, but do you happen to have any feedback on another forum? Ebay? Not implying anything...Just need to make sure : ) Ball joints in good shape, rubbers not torn, etc...? Does that price include shipping to Alabama? Thx Scott
