I don't think that will pass peer tech.... LOL

You are right, he needs to put on type 1 or 2 coils then he may have a shot. :D

Dave, good job on the kill last night. Looks like getting a race in the GTO is easier than your GN's.

Nice car Dave! I bet Ted's car will be faster though, it's a buick:biggrin:;)

I don't know about that. The idea of Dan Strezo with a LSX block has me scared.

BTW, Mike the Top Goat license plate is classic!!!

This was a good one, the guy at the dealer told me Dave better be careful that he doesn't get himself into trouble with the car. LOL!!!!

I flew to St.Louis Monday and drove mine home. Getting the twin turbo kit, L92 heads L76 intake, and a Revolution LSX tubo cam. I will have DLS do me a stock block with K1 crank and rods + diamond pistons when we find the limit of the stock stuff. The turbo kit with 60 Lb injectors, our fuel system and pump gas has made 600RWHP and 625 FT/LBS on the stock motor. Bone stock my SRT-8 wil eat this car for lunch but after the turbos......

Dave your personal plate for the car is available

Should be fun to go cruising together

Mike

Mike,

Are you and Dave going to be twins?
What turbos do you plan to use?

Dave, did you catch the dog that took the leak on your tire? I thought you had that taken care of... :D

I'm not trying to be nosey here, but would you guys mind telling how much of a discount you got off the sticker on these two Goats? I'm looking at a leftover 06' here locally for a friend, and the dealer doesn't want to move much off the sticker-which i'm having trouble believing, since it been on their lot for so long. Thanks, Joe :)

Beutifull GTO you got there.

My father has been browsing new Corvettes, (he'll never buy one) but we were poking around at a dealership last night and came across a bronze 08. I really dug the color. They call it Atomic Orange on the Vettes. It looks the same though. Good luck with it.

I may have to get in line for one of them myself. That should be nasty!

I will still put my money on the 20yr old car:biggrin:

It helps not having the TOP GUN plate on the car.

I think I see a dandelion in your lawn.....nevermind, it was just a shadow! Nice GTO, I still would have bought the stick!

Thanks Bill, I think with a Rossler and a Chance converter we can get it close to clutch performance.

Did you get the check for the Big Stuff 3 and can you deliver it to Cecil?

It's a good thing you don't have any fences in your picture. Maybe some pics of the garage might be in order Dave. I see you FINALLY got a cabinet guy out there.

I still think it is a shame you are cutting up a brand new car with the cage setup. I wish I had your $$$..

Once I get some of the junk out of there I will snap some pics.

I picked up some cabinets and a counter top from Home Depot, it was so simple any monkey could do it.

Cage who needs a cage?

Pretty soon I will be the only guy on here with out a LSX Block!!!
Make sure you do a solid axle conversion and save yourself some heartache.
Sounds like fun, good luck.

John,

The solid axle is on the top of the list.

Thanks!
