New Style IAC valve and adapter

while ago I could swear I came across adapter for our 87' TB that converts old design 80's IAC to new style used today on most cars ,idea was that the new IAC valves are faster responding /better idle control ,can't find it anywhere now ,anybody have any idea where to get one or was it a dream ?

Doesn't look like you would have to have an angle adapter with that one.
