I flew up to indiana to help my brother get his car tuned (87 t-type) this last weekend. First pass down the track it pulled a 11.07 @ 124.5 mph. The air altitude correction was right at 3700 ft. The best pass of the night was 10.700 @ 122.4 mph with a 1.49 60' time. The car has tubular uppers and lowers, one airbag and adjustable drag shocks. He had 4-5 runs in the 11.0+ range a couple of mid 11s (bad launch) and a 10.85 and a 10.70. This was in high 80* weather. All this was done on less than 23lbs of boost and 25/23* of timing. I think this car as some high 9's in it with the right weather and a really good tune.

We tried to race a couple of street races, IMO the car is a little too scary for the street!!

Big thanks to Lonnie Diers! He built the motor and transmission as well as helped my brother get a good starting tune to work from.

Cool deal, congratutlations on the good runs!
Let us know when you lean on it!

Brad, That's awesome!!! Congrats on the new best times with your bro's car... What is his combo?

PS: Does he still have that sweet LT1 SS Camaro??

Yes, he still has the camaro. It still has just under 40k miles on it.

The T has a pretty big cam, not really sure, somewhere around 220/220, full roller motor, m&a heads slightly cleaned up. Heads and intake are port matched. Bottom end is stock crank and rods, arp bolts, trw's, etc. He's running an extender extreme, translator plus, and a wb 02. He has a 3500 stall vig, which is having trouble locking, and a te 70.
