First off i will give ya somespecs what im dealing with and what i want.
Before the rod bearing spun.I put in blue top inj.and a big fuel pump dont rember which one, its suposed to be good up to 10 seconds
adjustable pressure regulator billet style.
k&n 9'' cone open
intercooler scoup
terry houston down pipe
cleaned and belled intercooler inlet, outlet
not looking for a race car just want to get her goin again,thinkin content with low to mid 12's
what cam would you guys suggest,I prefer comp cams,i would think heavier valve springs would be in order.which ones.
forged pistons? is this nessesary?
turbo,the center section is sloppy,new turbo is needed,which one.ta49?te49? whats the diff. what do you suggest
Im goin through the tranny also,should i stick to the stock stall? or a higher stall.
Any peticular up grade parts for the trans i should look into?
head gskt's any one head gskt worth spending the money on cometic? etc.is it nesessary[sorry for the junk spelling]
Well thats it for now ,any suggestions for the build are welcome.

I thought i covered that,but allow me to be more clear.
my budget for the build is $6,000 to $7,000
I have an advantage,i recently opened a part store so i can get cheap engine parts etc.
But i havnt messed with the g.n's for more than 8 years,so im kinda lacking the knowledge base i need to get it right the first time i think,so thats why im here asking you fine people.
I do know that comb of parts is more important than what you got.Yes?
GOALS for the car.
1...d.d.good drivability is paramount.
2...Looking to run low 12's with street tires.
3...will be rebuilding trans/engine/new turbo.
what do you suggest i spend my money on?
WHAT I ALREADY HAVE.
1...blue top inj.
2...big intank pump[dont know which one]
3...terry houston down pipe.
4...intercooler scoop.
5...9'' k&n filter open box.
6..kenny bell control arms[boxed]
7..k.b. pinion snubber.
8...belled and cleaned intercooler.
9...adjustable fuel pressure reg.[billet style]
