I'm New to the Grand Nationals. I have a stock 1987 GN> i plan to bracket race it with limited street use. What else besides a MAF Translator and Power Logger what would I need to tune this car. I plan on 50# injectors and chip, Alky injection, 3" flow masters, Hi stall conv. larger turbo. etc. Where do I get or find this info? how do you actually adjust anything like air/fuel settings and thing like that? any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Tom:confused:

Start reading at the link below. You should plan on a larger intercooler and I would go with 60 lb injectors. Less chance that you'll need to trade up later.

Vortex Buicks

Agreed. Do the 60# injectors. Great injectors with plenty of head room.
The Translator will allow you to run the more reliable Chevy MAF's.

If you want good flowing exhaust system on a turbo application (is this your first turbo car?)

Rule #1 Reduce post turbo backpressure to as low as possible!!!!!!!!!
This means running flowbastards is one of worst applications for a turbo car. Any high quality straight through muffler will work so much better (no not glasspacks either).

Fuel is adjustable with combo of adjustable fuel pressure regulator & adjustable turbotweak chip. Timing can be changed with chip too.

Hey, thanks guys, yes this is my "First" Turbo car and I don't want to "Melt" anything. Chris Thanks for the link. I DO have some reading to do.
