Nitrous Express (NX) system with Maximizer 4 progressive controller

I have a fairly new, but used, NX Express nitrous system. It comes with an almost full 10lb bottle of nitrous. It also has the Maximizer 4 progressive controller, this alone lists for $399. I'm posting links to the kit and the controller so you can read what they are. Again, they are used but almost new (installed last year, used twice) and they are installed on my car currently and will have to be removed. I am not sure about whether or not nitrous can be shipped.

Looking to get $700 for the kit and the controller. This is over $400 savings if you bought them new!!!!
