I recently purchased this NOS GNX Turbo,(which has never been installed.) My plan was to install it on my T-Type, but the more I think about the more I realize that it is probably more valuable to someone else being its a NOS unit.
Where should I price it at?
If anyone has interest please pm me.

List it in the fortunate 547 section and offer it to one of the Gnx owners you will get a good price, and don't run it on your car first it will devalue it by 30%.

Very nice! Would've totally picked it up over the ta49

I'm by no means a buyer, but if it were mine I would probably ask $2500 or so. Maybe more if not in any hurry to sell.

2 posts and you are on here inquiring about the value of a turbo? Maybe put it in ebay with no reserve and start at 1 cent.

GNX turbos also have a sediment trap on the hot side. If you really want to sell it ebay is probably the best place

Interesting NOS GNX turbo

It has an adjustable WG actuator.

It looks adjustable but it is actually crimped and is not. You can see the crimp in the fifth picture.

X Ray, can you shed any light on how many of these turbo's were left over after the GNX project was completed.

Ah I see.

So it has thread but they crimp over the thread after final tune.

What function did that serve? I mean, a crap trap sounds neat, and I think I can see what you're talking about (the picture with the allen head screw on the hot side), but what did it actually do? Catch excess oil or something?

It was a countermeasure for a durability issue thought to be debris breaking the ceramic turbine....it was to collect the material ....then removed when you take out the allen screw.

Oh, ok. I've never heard of a durability problem. Was it just for the GNX turbos.
