Opinion On Ck Rebuild Parts

What is really needed for a mild rebuild for my 200r4?
If I go with stg 2 for a mild rebuild will it help or hurt?
Do I go with larger boost valve, low/reverse needle brg upgrade, bigger servo pin?
Just want to know the facts for what I should be ordering for my rebuild. Thanks
