turns out i got a 1800 stall converter (thanks Aamco0 in my GN. im looking for either a cheap, low mileage, non raced D5 or maybe getting a brand new orange stripe from JC. i got a stock turbo now but plan on a te-44 in the future. shooting for mid/hi 11's. would a regular 3K stall orange stripe be good enough or should i get a #k orange stripe w/the anti-balooning plates? how long should each last in a daily driver

Mine has been in there for 7 years now and has went 11:56, no problems at all.

Hyper, do you have the orange stripe w/the anti-balooning plates or just the regular orange stripe?
